What is included in the GPX?
The converter exports track points with latitude and longitude. Elevation and timestamps are included when present in the FIT Record messages. Sensor streams such as heart rate and power are not currently embedded as GPX extensions.
Why convert FIT to GPX?
GPX is widely supported by mapping, route planning and outdoor software. Conversion can be useful when a destination accepts GPS tracks but does not understand FIT activity files.
