Garmin Activity Not Syncing?

Sync failures can come from connectivity, service or file-level problems. If you can obtain the activity FIT file, ActivityDoctor can check whether the file itself is structurally healthy.

Activity record sample

The interface downsamples very large activities for display. Repair logic works from the complete local file.

Before repairing the file

First retry the normal device/app sync and confirm the platform is reachable. If the activity exists on the device but a manually obtained FIT file is rejected, file diagnosis becomes useful.

What ActivityDoctor can tell you

The local validator can identify length/CRC problems, parsing failures, missing summaries, timestamp issues and recoverable Record messages. This does not diagnose account, Bluetooth or platform service outages.
